Maurice is the company’s founding visionary and Chairman. Maurice’s ongoing passion for the company ensures the business adapts to change while remaining true to the core mission and values on which the company was founded. Maurice first formed the business partnership that created MSS International in 1978. More than four decades later, the company continues to draw on Maurice’s formidable repository of insights and business experience to achieve continued customer success.

Sam sets overall strategy and safeguards MSS International’s track record of customer success by overseeing all aspects of strategy and operations. Sam was appointed CEO after serving more than eight years as the company’s Vice President of Global Alliances. Sam’s talent for building authentic & trusted relationships with international customers and business partners is supported by his fluency in French and German. Sam brings his own unique experience to the team. Before joining the company he was a strategy and business development consultant for media, marketing communications, education and technology companies.  Sam continues to serve as advisor to several startups and philanthropic organizations.

As Chief Financial Officer, David oversees MSS International’s finance and administrative functions, including the company’s commercial terms and contracts. David draws on decades of hands-on experience, much of it as a senior executive in the financial sector, to play a critical role in all our customer and partner relationships. David ensures the company is consistently easy to do business with and that all parties have a clear and unambiguous understanding of our value-centered business relationships.

Nick represents the interests of Unisys mainframe users on the MSS International executive team in his role as Vice President Unisys Modernization. Nick’s sought after technical expertise is the culmination of over a decade in technical support and training roles with Unisys followed by more than two decades specializing in complex Unisys mainframe application migrations with MSS International. Nick’s technical accomplishments include the design, development and ongoing enhancement of a number of MSS International’s proprietary code and data migration tools.

As Vice President of Systems and Design, Pete drives the MSS technology vision while leading the company's highly specialized development team. Pete brings an unmatched knowledge of complex systems, over two decades of experience delivering successful mainframe migration projects and an undefeated passion for problem solving in every customer engagement. Pete's many talents, including his ability to communicate effectively with all levels of both technical and business stakeholders, are among the many critical success factors that differentiate MSS.

Martin joined MSS international as Vice President Service Delivery to spearhead operational excellence across customers and the company’s partner ecosystem. Previously, as CIO of Zeigler, a multinational logistics provider with over 3,500 employees, Martin became an MSS International customer who liked what he saw enough to join the company. Martin’s ability to understand customer’s needs and point of view is supported by a proven track record of leading strategy, business process and change management projects while CIO of organizations including DHL Europe and Omnya. Organization and discipline are among Martin’s core values; he serves part time as a Colonel in the Swiss Army.
