Key Executives

Maurice is founder and Chairman of MSS International. He qualified as an accountant in South Africa, before moving to Europe to form a business partnership creating MSS International in 1978. The European based company was established to provide Unisys customers with advanced systems and software solutions that were unavailable from Unisys at the time.

MSS has been owned by a number of leading financial institutions while they used its resources on an exclusive basis to carry out complex platform modernization. In November 1998, Maurice purchased the modernization aspects of the company from Nat West Bank Plc. and re-launched MSS as an independent entity. The buyout left MSS with the IP in the software tools as well as its core development team of software architects/key shareholders who remain to this day, providing a day-to-day operation team unrivalled in the industry sector. Maurice is married, has three grown-up sons and enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife.
