Maurice Shnaps (CEO) is a founder shareholder of MSS International. He has a financial background and has worked in industry since 1970. Since 1978 he has been Financial Director to which role he subsequently added Sales and Marketing Director. He has been involved in all the major MSS projects at a strategic level since its inception. Maurice was the primary instigator of the move towards independence from National Westminster Bank in 1998 and is currently the majority shareholder in MSS International.

Nick Wnekowski (CTO) graduated in 1971 from Warwick University, one of the first UK universities to offer a Computer Science degree and was immediately employed by Burroughs Corporation. Nick worked in technical areas on operating systems and then database software for many years while maintaining close liaisons with computer users. After a 12 year career with Burroughs, Nick joined MSS International in 1984 to build the Unisys A Series consultancy practice. Of the many software projects initiated by Nick, the migrate!LINC, LINC to Oracle conversion technology, has proved to be the most successful. This is the core competence on which MSS International has been focusing since 1998.
