Fran Landolf

For five years Fran has endeavored to understand the most vexing defense and intelligence challenges and find innovation within small, sometimes obscure companies that can address those challenges. Fran has performed coaching and leadership development for both private and public sector executives and teams. He is an advisor to a number of small innovative product companies that are or have potential to address both government and commercial applications. He is also a member of the Technical Advisory Group for the Senate Select Committee for Intelligence and serves on the National Security Agency Advisory Board. He serves on the Committee on Science and Technology for Defense Warning for the National Academies of Science and is also an advisory board member of the Cyber Incubator at University of Maryland Baltimore County and Mission Link.

Tom Lord

In the late 80’s, early 90’s Tom was Managing Director–Principal in the Corporate FinanceDepartment at Bear Stearns in Atlanta. There his focus was on information services and telecommunications. His experience during this time included equity and debt capital markets, M&A, strategic financial advisory services, IPOs and private placements. He completed $6.2 Billion in over 43 transactions during the last five years of his tenure. Between 1997 and 2004 he was Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer of Allegiance Telecom, Inc. He developed the business plan and grew the company from 0 to 4,000 employees in under 5 years. He was responsible for all capital raising activities, which totalled $2.8 Billion. He drove all M&A and strategic development activities, including the acquisition of more than a dozen companies and forged a strategic relationship with Vulcan Ventures/Paul Allen for approximately $200 Million. Tom is currently running his own Investment management and financial advisory firm in the US.

Al Sporer

Al has recently joined the Advisory Board of MSS International and is focused on the strategic growth of the company. With over 20 years of executive level operating experience, he is a proven leader in delivering growth while aggressively managing bottom-line performance. Al excels in building and maintaining executive relationships and brings deep knowledge of the Modernization space to MSS International. Al is a former USAF officer, and has held various leadership roles at Accenture, EMC and CA Technologies. He resides in New Jersey with his wife Angie and their four children. Al is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan and in his free time can sometimes be found competing Saturday mornings at his local CrossFit Box.
